Za’atar Air Fryer Potato Wedges are crisp on the outside, tender in the center, and perfectly seasoned. Ready in less than 30 minutes, they’re the best crowd-pleasing appetizer, snack, or side dish!
Preheat the air fryer to 380° Fahrenheit. Wash the potatoes. Cut each potato in half, lengthwise. Cut each half in half, lengthwise.
Slice each piece in half one more time to form wedges. Using a sharp knife, carefully score the potatoes. Do not slice all the way through!
In a large pot over high heat, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add 2 teaspoons of salt and potatoes. Turn off the heat, and let the potatoes sit for 5 minutes. Drain the potatoes, and dry them off really well.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl, and drizzle the olive oil on top. Toss to coat. Sprinkle the seasonings on top of the potatoes, and toss again to coat. –
Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
