Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light canned coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango, chopped
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • 2 tbsp agave or honey optional
  • dragon fruit, almonds, chia seeds, slivered almonds, and coconut flakes optional

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients in the smoothie bowl attachment of your Ninja Smoothie Bowl maker with smartTORQUE. Make sure to twist the top while blending.
  • Set on the smoothie bowl setting.
  • Spoon into a bowl.
  • Get creative and add all your favorite toppings!
