Slow Cooker Peanut Butter Cake

We love anything chocolate and peanut butter. We’ve been wanting to create a slow cooker cake that involved our favorite ingredients! The only problem is, is it’s extremely hard to stop at one bowl! Don’t say we didn’t warn you!

Serve it as is or if you are feeling extra decadent, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

We love this Crockpot™ 6qt Easy-to-Clean Slow Cooker. The non-stick ceramic coating helped for a quick and easy clean up!

1 18.25 ounce package devil's food cake mix
1 5.9 ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup warm water
1.5 cup peanut butter chips
12-14 peanut butter sandwich cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped
2 cups mini marshmallows
In a large mixing bowl add cake mix,  instant pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil and water, blend until combined. Stir in peanut butter chips.
In the bottom of your Crockpot™ add the peanut butter cookies. Spread your cake batter off the cookies. Cover and cook on high for 1.5 hours. Remove the lid. Drizzle the melted chocolate, peanut butter cups, and mini marshmallows. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Serve warm!

Meet the Food Dolls, Alia and Radwa!

We are Alia and Radwa, two Minnesota moms who absolutely love to cook and experiment in our kitchens. Even though we grew up loving our mom’s Egyptian cooking and learning to bake, we didn’t start cooking until later on in our lives. It is our hope that Food Dolls will be your go-to hub for delicious, easy recipes that empower you to feel comfortable and confident in the kitchen regardless of how much experience you have. You and your family deserve to have decadent, scrumptious meals that don’t break the bank or fill your kitchen sink to the brim!
