- 1 cup for our Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp mix of mini Reeses and Reeses Pieces
- Place the peanut butter in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a 8-10 oz ramekin, gently press half the cookie dough. Add the peanut butter. Top with remaining cookie dough. Arrange the Reeses and Reeses pieces on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly.
