
Ingredients
- -6 oz plain Greek yogurt
- -1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- -1 tblsp orange juice
- -2 tblsp honey
- -1 tsp orange zest
- -1 tsp vanilla extract
- -2 tblsp walnuts chopped
- -1/4 cup fresh pomegranate
- -2 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- In a mixing bow combine the yogurt, quinoa, juice, honey, zest, and vanilla.
- Layer the mixture with the remaining ingredients. Makes 2 servings
