  • 1/2 cup Old Home Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp Old Home Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp honey more or less to taste
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Process all in a blender until smooth.
