  • 1/4 cup organic all purpose flour or whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 th stick cold butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1/4 th teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • 2 whole wheat english muffins
  • Peanut Butter
  • Jelly of choice


  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, use a fork and mix together the butter, flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until the mixture is crumbly.
  • Split the muffins and spread peanut butter, followed by jelly. Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the muffins. Bake for 10 minutes. Then place oven on broil for 2 minutes, just until top has turned golden brow
