Maple Pecan Blondie

  • 1 ½ sticks unsalted butter melted
  • 3/4 cup organic cane sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups organic unbleached flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x 9 baking dish.
  • Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat butter and sugar together. Add vanilla extract and add eggs in one at a time and beat until incorporated. Mix in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Fold in white chocolate chips and nuts. Pour in prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
