  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 th cup flour
  • 1/4 th cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 th cup flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups whole milk warmed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • For the topping:
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2/3 rd cup crushed graham crackers


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions, make sure to leave it slightly al dente.
  • In a 12-inch cast iron skillet. Add 1/4 cup butter. Once melted, whisk in the flour. Cook 1 minute whisking, until it is bubbly.
  • Slowly stir in the milk. Whisk until it thickens. Add cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla. Stir just until combined.
  • Remove from heat and stir in pasta.
  • Stir in the mini marshmallows
  • Top with chocolate chips.
  • In a small bowl, stir melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Spread the mixture on top of the mac and cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until top is golden and bubbly!
