  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour heat treated (see note below)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 butterfinger pieces
  • 1/2 cup toffee bites
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles


  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, or with a hand mixer add the flour, butter, both sugars, vanilla extract, salt and milk. Mix on high until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips, butterfinger, toffee and sprinkles.
  • How to heat treat your flour: Spread your flour on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Feel free to use right away. This gives your cookie dough a creamy texture when flour is mixed in warm.
