Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter Energy Balls -
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup creamy Peanut Butter or choice of nut butter (sun butter for nut allergies)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/3 rd cup Honey or brown rice syrup
  • 1/3 rd cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 cup Old Fashion Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Brown Rice Cereal

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl, nut butter, vanilla, cocoa powder, honey, and maple syrup.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  • Shape dough into bite sized ball, approximately 1-inch round. *Option: press into a 8x8 pan and cut into bars.
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container.
