Berry Brioche Cream Cheese French Toast Bake

- 1 loaf brioche bread
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 ounces strawberries
- 8 ounces blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Chop up the brioche loaf into chunks and set aside.

Separately, chop the cream cheese into cubes.

Make the egg wash mixture. Combine the milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk it all together until the mixture is combined.

Arrange the brioche cubes in an oven safe baking dish. Top with strawberries and blueberries. Place the cream cheese cubes around the top.

Pour the egg wash over the entire dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 1 hour).
Once ready to bake, remove the foil and bake for about 35-40 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
