  • 16 frozen dinner rolls (thawed for 2-3 hours.)
  • 1/2 stick Danish Creamery Sea Salted Butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped flat leaf Italian parsley
  • 12 oz marinara sauce
  • 16 oz mozzarella cheese

  • Thaw the frozen dinner rolls. This will usually take about 2-3 hours.
  • Portion out the dinner rolls, and roll them in your hands into 6 inch tubes. Make knots with the dough, and place them on a baking sheet. Bake the knots for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • When cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
  • Place all of the dough knots in a large mixing bowl and toss them with melted butter, parsley and garlic. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together so that the dough balls are slathered in butter. (You can definitely eat them just like this as garlic knots!)
  • Transfer the bread bites to an oven-safe baking dish.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Top with marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is slightly brown and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot!
