Caprese Avocado Toast (Easy avocado toast recipe)

- Butter or olive oil
- 4-6 sliced sourdough bread
- 2 ripe avocados
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
- 2 Tablespooons balsamic glaze
- fresh basil
In a pan on medium high heat add olive oil or butter. Add sourdough bread and toast for 1-2 minutes, flip and toast the other side.

In a bowl, mash avocados and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add 2-3 tablespoons on each toast.
2 ripe avocados, salt and pepper to taste
Top with sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and garnish with fresh basil!
