Caprese Avocado Toast (Easy avocado toast recipe)

Ingredients

  • Butter or olive oil
  • 4-6 sliced sourdough bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
  • 2 Tablespooons balsamic glaze
  • fresh basil

Instructions

  • In a pan on medium high heat add olive oil or butter. Add sourdough bread and toast for 1-2 minutes, flip and toast the other side.

  • In a bowl, mash avocados and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add 2-3 tablespoons on each toast.
    2 ripe avocados, salt and pepper to taste
  • Top with sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and garnish with fresh basil!
