- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Remove the outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts, trim the ends, and slice in half.
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a 13x9 baking dish, add the butter, Parmesan cheese, herbs, and spices. Mix to combine, and spread the ingredients out in a single layer.

Arrange the Brussels sprouts cut side down in a single layer in the baking dish.
Brush extra butter on top.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until they are tender and crispy.
