  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Remove the outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts, trim the ends, and slice in half.
    1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a 13x9 baking dish, add the butter, Parmesan cheese, herbs, and spices. Mix to combine, and spread the ingredients out in a single layer.
    1/3 cup butter, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, Salt to taste, Black pepper to taste
  • Arrange the Brussels sprouts cut side down in a single layer in the baking dish.
  • Brush extra butter on top.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until they are tender and crispy.
  • Serve warm!
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
