Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, to taste or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl or sealable container, and stir to combine.
    1 cup dairy-free milk, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 2 Tablespoons cacao powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon espresso powder, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, to taste
  • Cover, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until thick, and enjoy!
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
