- 6 cups romaine lettuce
- 2 cups strawberries chopped
- 2 cup blueberries
- 2 cups blackberries
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice + zest
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
In a bowl, add the lettuce and berries.
6 cups romaine lettuce, 2 cups strawberries, 2 cup blueberries, 2 cups blackberries, 2 cups raspberries
In a small measuring cup, whisk the orange juice, orange zest, honey, poppy seeds, and lemon juice.
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice + zest, 2 Tablespoons honey, 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Pour the dressing over the salad, and toss to combine.
