- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green olives finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons za’atar seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic grated
Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Whisk to combine.
