Easy Fruit Salad Recipe

For the Fruit Salad:
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups fresh strawberries chopped
- 2 cups green grapes sliced in half
- 6 clementines peeled and segmented
- 4 kiwis peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
For the Dressing:
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons honey
In a large bowl, add all the fruit.
2 cups fresh blueberries, 2 cups fresh strawberries, 2 cups green grapes, 6 clementines, 4 kiwis
In a separate small bowl, whisk the orange juice, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
1/3 cup orange juice, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, 2 Tablespoons honey
Pour the dressing over the fruit salad, and toss to combine. Add the fresh mint, and toss again.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
