Spinach Olive Dip

Inspired by Mediterranean flavors, this Spinach Olive Dip is warm, cheesy, and loaded with savory flavor and nutrients. Serve it with pita, crackers, and veggies for an easy appetizer or snack everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 block cream cheese room temperature
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups Mozzarella cheese shredded, divided
  • ½ cup feta crumbles
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup olives chopped
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil drained and chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Thaw and drain the spinach, removing all excess moisture.

  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, ¾ cup Mozzarella cheese, and feta until smooth. Stir in the spinach, garlic, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.

  • Pour the mixture into a 10-12 inch skillet. Sprinkle the remaining Mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake 22-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve warm.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
