Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (chopped)
  • Sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
    1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla pudding mix, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup strawberries, Sweetener of choice
  • Using a spoon, mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  • Eat cold, or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Shake the jar before eating to ensure that all of the ingredients are mixed together well. 
  • For meal-prep, overnight oats will last up to 5 days.
