- 1 pound dry penne noodles
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 cups broth
- 3 cups spinach
Heat a large pot or dutch oven on the stove.
Add the penne, tomatoes, onion, seasonings, garlic, and marinara on medium high heat.
Pour the broth on top.
Bring to a boil, cover the pot, and reduce the heat and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.
Stir in the spinach.
Serve immediately.
