Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast Buns
These little strawberry cheesecake stuffed Hawaiian rolls are so good and great for a weekend breakfast/brunch!

- 12 Hawaiian bread rolls
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped strawberries
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
Cut out the center of the Hawaiian rolls and press them into the roll.

Mix together whipped cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
8 ounces whipped cream cheese, 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Fold in the chopped strawberries.
1/2 cup finely chopped strawberries, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Stuff about 1 heaping tablespoon of the filling into the Hawaiian buns.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
3 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk
Dip stuffed Hawaiian rolls in egg and milk mixture until thoroughly coated.
Air fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-8 minutes until buns are golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar, optional.
Serve and enjoy!
