Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups (Air Fryer Recipe)

These French toast roll ups are filled with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. It's rolled up, dipped in an egg mixture and air fried until golden brown! Taste's just like a cinnamon roll!

Ingredients

  • 6 slices brioche sandwich bread
  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter room temperature
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 2 Tablespoons half and half
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  • Flatten bread with a rolling pin. Cut off the crust.
    6 slices brioche sandwich bread
  • Mix together butter, sugar and pinch of salt. 
    4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Spread a thin layer of the butter mixture on the bread. 
    1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • Sprinkle it with cinnamon and roll it up. 
  • In a shallow plate whisk together eggs, half and half, vanilla extract, and salt. Dip roll up in egg mixture.

  • Air fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes or until golden. 
  • Garnish with powdered sugar, and serve with a side of maple syrup.
