Roasted Red Pepper Whipped Feta

This creamy feta dip is the perfect appetizer. It's made with only a few ingredient and can be served with veggies and/or bread!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces block of feta cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of a 1/2 lemon
  • 4 ounces roasted red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons everything but bagel seasoning more or less to taste, optional
  • drizzle of olive oil for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the food processor. We recommend layering the block of feta and cream cheese block to begin. Following with the greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and roasted red peppers.
    8 ounces block of feta cheese, 4 ounces cream cheese, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 3 Tablespoons olive oil, juice of a 1/2 lemon, 4 ounces roasted red pepper, drizzle of olive oil for garnish, 2 teaspoons everything but bagel seasoning
  • Pulse everything together in the food processor. You are looking for a smooth, fluffy texture. Use a silicone spatula to scoop the feta dip onto a plate.
  • Sprinkle with everything but bagel seasoning and serve with pita chips and veggies!
