These easy Parmesan garlic dinner rolls are made with 5 ingredients and are so tasty no one will know you used frozen rolls!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 12 frozen Rhodes Dinner Rolls
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until combined.

  • In a 13x9 baking dish, arrange the frozen dinner rolls, making sure to leave space in between each one.

  • Brush each roll liberally with the garlic butter sauce.
  • Cover, and let rise for 5-6 hours or until the rolls double in size.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Remove cover from the bread rolls. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the bread is nice and golden brown.
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded

This recipe can easily be doubled. The bag of frozen dinner rolls comes with 36 rolls. Feel free to double up all the ingredients, and use the whole bag!
