Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz of your favorite cookie dough divided. We used our Go-To Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small mixing bowl add cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add half of the cookie dough to the bottom or the skillet. Spread the cream cheese mixture. Cover with remaining cookie dough. Bake for 20-25 min. Let cool or enjoy warm!
