- 4 cups homemade bolognese sauce
- 8 ounces string cheese cut into small enough pieces to fit into the tubes of rigatoni
- 1 1/2 pounds uncooked rigatoni
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 3 cups chicken stock or choice of broth
- Optional: fresh parsley to garnish
In the bowl of the pressure cooker, and half of the bolognese sauce.
4 cups homemade bolognese sauce
Slice the string cheese into bite-sized pieces, and stuff each piece inside the rigatoni noodles.
8 ounces string cheese, 1 1/2 pounds uncooked rigatoni
Arrange the stuffed noodles over the pasta sauce, making sure they're packed tight and touching.
Add the remaining bolognese on top followed by the Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese.
1 cup Ricotta cheese, 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese
Pour the chicken broth on top.
3 cups chicken stock
Place the lid on lock, and set the valve to the sealing position. Then, press the "Pasta" setting.
When the timer goes off, do an immediate pressure release, and stir well. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
