Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Make the brownie batter accoding to package instructions.
1 18 oz pkg brownie mix, made according to package instructions
Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
In a medium bowl, cream together melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended. Beat the vanilla, and eggs until light and creamy. Mix dry ingredients until stir just until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
3/4 cup unsalted butter, 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 egg + 1 egg yolk, 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
In a buttered 13x9 baking dish add prepared brownie mix. Arrange graham crackers over the brownie batter. Add the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
2 cups mini marshmallows, 4 sheets graham crackers, 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Top with the cookie dough, you want to try to flatten it out to cover the marshmallows. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. If the top starts to brown cover with foil. *Let it cool completely before you cut into bars.
