  • 12 Hawaiian rolls split
  • 8 hash brown patties cooked according to package instructions
  • 6 large eggs scrambled
  • 4 strips of uncured turkey bacon chopped
  • 1 cup Colby jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In an 9x9 baking dish place bottom half of Hawaiian rolls. Brush with some of the butter. Add 4 hash browns, Colby jack cheese, eggs, bacon, remaining hash browns and mozzarella cheese. Place the top half of the rolls. Brush with butter. Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes.
