Ingredients
The items needed couldn’t be simpler with this 3-ingredient homemade Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie!
- Cookie Dough – If you’re like us, you pretty much always have cookie dough waiting in your fridge or freezer. However to save time, simply use pre-made store-bought cookie dough. We’re partial to classic chocolate chip, but any flavor you like best can be used.
- Chocolate Chips – Use milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips to enhance the s’mores flavor of the filling.
- Marshmallows – We recommend using small marshmallows instead of a single large one as they’ll melt better and create a smoother center.

This recipe is best enjoyed right away while it’s still warm and gooey. However, if you don’t eat it all at once or really want to make it ahead of time, it can be covered and stored at room temperature for up to 2 days.
