  • 2 cans refrigerated grands biscuits
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 12 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet
  • *your favorite cookie dough recipe


  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add brown sugar and maple syrup and stir. Bring mixture to a low boil, let boil
  • for about one minute.
  • Immediately remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt. Whisk until completely combined and smooth.
  • Cut 1 biscuit in half. Place cookie dough ball in the center of each biscuit, wrapping and sealing dough around the cookie dough.
  • Add about 1/2 cup of the peanut butter caramel sauce to the bottom of a 10 inch cast iron skillet. Spread until bottom of the skillet is covered.
  • Place the balls into the cast iron skillet.
  • Add chocolate chips.
  • Pour the remaining peanut butter sauce all over the top of the rolls.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
