  • 16 oz bag semi sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Heat the heavy cream in the microwave for 1 minute or until hot. Make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t bubble over.
  • Remove from the microwave and add the chocolate chips. Let sit for 2-3 minutes. Start whisking until it is smooth
  • Makes 2 cups
