Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
- 16 oz bag semi sweet chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in the microwave for 1 minute or until hot. Make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t bubble over.
- Remove from the microwave and add the chocolate chips. Let sit for 2-3 minutes. Start whisking until it is smooth
- Makes 2 cups
