Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup small macaroni elbow pasta uncooked
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar and Colby jack cheeses shredded or cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mug, add the pasta and the water. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Make sure to put a plate under the bowl because it will boil over.
  • Microwave for another minute. Stir.
  • Once the water has been absorbed (if not add another 30 seconds) Stir in the milk and shredded cheese and microwave 30-60 seconds. Stir well! (it might seem runny but it will thicken up a bit when it sits)
