  • 3/4 tub Kowalskis M&M cookie dough or whatever flavor cookie you like you will need approx 22-26 cookies
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 2/3 rd cup yellow cake mix heat treated, bake for 200 degrees F for 10 minutes, or microwave on high for 1 minute
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles divided


  • Bake cookies according to package instructions. Let cool completely. (With this recipe they are better baked the day before).
  • In a large bowl using a hand mixer or a bowl fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the cream cheese, cake mix, and heavy cream. Beat until stiff peeks form.  Add sprinkles, reserve 2 tablespoons for the top.
  • In an 8x8 baking dish or a round dish add one layer of cookies, top with 1/3rd cream mixture. repeat ending with the cream. Top remaining sprinkles.
