Strawberry Cheesecake Croissant Icebox Cake

Recipe:

8 oz block cream cheese, room temperature

20 oz can Strawberry Pie Filling

16 oz fresh whipped cream (Can sub cool whip)

14 oz can condensed milk

6 large croissants, chopped in 1 inch pieces

1 cup crushed white Oreos

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese and condensed milk. Beat well. Add whip cream and beat until everything is combined. Fold in the strawberries until everything is combined. Place 1/3rd of the mixture on the bottom of a 13×9 dish. Place the croissants evenly over the whole dish.¬†Spread with remaining cream cheese mixture. Top with crushed cookies. Refrigerate overnight. To serve: Make sure to take out and let come to room temperature before serving. Approximately 30-45 minutes.
