- ¼ cup organic all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons organic cane sugar
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Jumbo Marshmallow
- 2 Ghirardelli chocolate squares
- graham cracker crumbs for garnish
- chocolate or hot fudge sauce
In a microwave safe mug add flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa and salt. Stir until ingredients are incorporated. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until batter is smooth. Take the chocolate squares and sandwich the marshmallow in between them. Drop in the batter. Make sure that the mug or ramekin is deep enough.
Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Microwave in 15 second increments after that until it is cooked. Do not over cook or it will be dry! *cooking time varies between microwaves. Top with crushed graham crackers and fudge sauce!
