Slow Cooker Waffle Bread Pudding


3 large eggs

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

10 Belgian Boys De Liege waffles, cut into 4

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


In your slow cooker, add eggs, milk, cream, sugar, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon if you are using. Whisk until combined. Add your waffles, and mix into the egg mixture. Top with chocolate chips. Refrigerate overnight (recommended). Cook on high for 2 hours.
