4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup sweet orange marmalade
3/4 cup organic BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken breast in slow cooker. Salt and pepper each side. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
In a mixing bowl, combine marmalade, bbq sauce, and soy sauce. Whisk until combined.
Remove cooked chicken breast from slow cooker. Chop in bite size pieces. Place back in the slow cooker, add the sauce and stir until everything is combined. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 min. Garnish with green onions and crushed red pepper.
