Ramen Chicken Noodle Soup


1/4 cup carrots, diced

1/4 cup celery, diced

2 packages Mike’s Mighty Good Fried Garlic Chicken Ramen

1 cooked chicken breast, shredded

2.5 cups water


In a saucepan on medium high heat, saute the carrots and celery for 2-3 minutes. Add the water, chicken, and noodles. Reduce heat to low and cover. Remove lid after 2-3 minutes and loosen up the noodles. Cover and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until noodles are cooked. Add the seasoning packets and as little or as much oil as you like. Stir until the seasoning has dissolved into the water. Serve immediately.
