Paleo Chocolate Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie

-2 cups sifted blanched almond flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon sea salt
-3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
-2 oz chocolate bar, 4 large squares, we used half a Ghirardelli 4 oz  baking bar
-1 egg, beaten
-1/3rd cup maple syrup
-1/4th cup coconut oil, melted
-1 teaspoon vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease a 6″ cast iron skillet.
In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and egg.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until evenly mixed.
Add half the dough in the skillet. Place chocolate bar. Spread remaining dough. Top with the chocolate chips. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden on top.
