16 oz of your favorite chocolate chip cookie dough
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
12 oreos, separated
12 large peanut butter cups
1 cup chocolate ganache, recipe
batch or rice crispy treats (recipe below)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread cookie dough in the bottom of an 11 x 8 pan lined with parchment paper (highly recommend for easier removal). Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool for 10 minutes
In a microwave safe bowl melt the peanut butter and marshmallow fluff for 30 seconds. Stir until combined. Spread over the cookie. Place bottom of oreo cookie over the fluff, add peanut butter cups over each oreo, and top with top half of the cookie. Spread the ganache over the oreos. Top with rice crispy treat. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set. Cut into small bars.
Rice Crispy Bars
3 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
3 cups Rice Crispy Cereal
In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add 2 cups marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Add cereal. Stir until well coated. Add remaining marshmallow and stir well.
Using wax paper evenly press mixture into the same shape as the pan you are using for the bars. Let cool so it is easier to handle.
