Nutty Buddy Ice Cream Cake



2 boxes Nutty Buddy Bars

1/2 cup Nutella

2 cups cold heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup granulated sugar

warm chocolate ganache or hot fudge


In a large bowl combine the nutella, sugar and whipping cream. Beat until soft peaks form. In an 8×8 baking dish, arrange the wafers to fill the bottom of the dish, you will need to cut them to fit. Add half of the nutella cream. Repeat. Freeze overnight.

Cut in small squares and serve with a warm chocolate ganache or hot fudge!
