Mini Big Mac Sliders



2 lbs lean ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, grated

1 1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

8 slices cheddar cheese

9 mini slider buns with sesame seeds

*Dill pickles, ketchup and mustard (as little or as much as you like)

Mac Sauce:

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup Dill pickle relish

2 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tsp white wine vinegar

2 tsp ground paprika

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper



Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl combine ground beef, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well until combined. Spread evenly in an 11 x 7 baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Once cooked split the beef down the middle into 2 large squares.

For the Mac sauce: Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

To assemble: Place the bottom half of the buns in the bottom of a 9×9 baking dish. Add cheese, beef, 1/2 of the sauce, and the bottom half of the slider buns. Repeat layers. Top with ketchup, mustard, pickles and the top half of the buns. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted.
