Mac and S’mores



  •  2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/4th cup flour
  • 1/4th cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4th cup flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups whole milk, warmed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • For the topping:
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2/3rd cup crushed graham crackers


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, make sure to leave it slightly al dente.
  3. In a 12-inch cast iron skillet. Add 1/4 cup butter. Once melted, whisk in the flour. Cook 1 minute whisking, until it is bubbly.
  4. Slowly stir in the milk. Whisk until it thickens. Add cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla. Stir just until combined.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in pasta.
  6. Stir in the mini marshmallows
  7. Top with chocolate chips.
  8. In a small bowl, stir melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Spread the mixture on top of the mac and cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until top is golden and bubbly!
