2 slices of texas toast
1/2 cup prepared Old Home Mac and Cheese, found in the refrigerator section at your local grocery store
1/2 cup shredded cheese or 2 cheese slices
1/2 cup crushed butter crackers
1 egg beaten + 1 tbsp half and half
Place a slice of bread on a plate. Add cheese, mac and cheese, and top with more cheese. Add the second slice of toast. Sandwich them together by pressing down. Carefully take the sandwich and dip in the egg wash, flipping and making sure everything is coated. Coat both sides in the crushed crackers. Place on a buttered pan over medium heat, cook both sides foe 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
