Easy Spaghetti for One


1/4th cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup low-moisture mozzarella cheese, sliced

1/2 cup marinara or ragu sauce, divided

1 cup cooked spaghetti noodles

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded. Plus more for garnish.


In a large microwave safe mug add 1/4 cup marinara, and 1 slice of mozzarella and noodles. Top with remaining sauce mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until Cheese is bubbly. *we recommend placing a plate under the mug because it may over flow if your mug isn’t large enough! Invert onto a plate and garnish with more parmesan cheese.
