Easy Caramel Pecan Sticky Buns


  • 12 Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3rd cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans halves
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup prepared caramel (optional)


Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a 10-inch cast iron skillet or similar over medium-high cook the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, cinnamon and salt together. Bring to boil and then allow to bubble on medium-high for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and add the pecans, vanilla and peanuts. Stir. Place the rolls top side down. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate. Optional: Drizzle with extra caramel sauce for some extra goodness!
