Loaded Breakfast Sliders

Recipe:

12 Hawaiian rolls, split

8 hash brown patties, cooked according to package instructions

6 large eggs, scrambled

4 strips of uncured turkey bacon, chopped

1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In an 9×9 baking dish place bottom half of Hawaiian rolls. Brush with some of the butter. Add 4 hash browns, Colby jack cheese, eggs, bacon, remaining hash browns and mozzarella cheese. Place the top half of the rolls. Brush with butter. Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes.
