Cookies and Cream Mug Cake



  • 1/4 cup organic all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp organic cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp crushed Oreo crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 cookies n’ cream Hershey kisses, or chocolate of choice
In a large microwave safe-mug. Combine the flour, sugar, oreo crumbs, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add the butter, milk, egg, and vanilla. Whisk until everything is combined. Top with Hershey Kisses. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Place a plate under the mug in case of any overflowing. Top with whipped cream, and crushed oreos. Ice cream is a great too!
